Our Law Firm Is Dedicated To Defending Your Rights

Our Law Firm Is Dedicated To Bringing Your Case to Resolution

Mediation and Private Judging are confidential alternatives to resolve your case out of court. As a mediator, our attorneys act as neutral third parties that are experts in the law and settlement to help you and the other party reach an agreement in your case. This can either be a full resolution of your case or specific issues. As a private judge, B J Fadem can be appointed to make decisions in your case, sign agreements that you and the other party make so that they become binding and expedite the processing and filing of your Judgment of Dissolution in the court system.

If you decide to proceed with an alternate dispute resolution method, it is essential that you obtain an experienced mediator in the law to help you bridge the gap with the other party ensure the agreements that you reach are enforceable and in accordance with the law.

Mediation and Private Judging are alternative options that are less expensive than going to trial in court, and are much quicker to reach resolution. You can reach a full resolution without ever having to step into a courtroom. Our Attorneys are ready to take on your case at any stage, whether there is counsel involved or the parties are self-represented.

Attorney BJ Fadem is Certified as an International Mediator by UC Law San Francisco (formerly US Hastings Law School). B J Fadem is only one of two certified international mediators in the state of California. He is also certified as a Private Judge in California to assist in resolution of matters.

Mediation can be used for all Family Law legal issues such as Child Custody & VisitationChild SupportDivorceDomestic ViolenceLegal SeparationProperty Division and Spousal Support. As an International Mediator, B J Fadem is specifically certified to assist in cases that have an international aspect, whether this be custody and visitation, or jurisdictional issues. When you are able to mediate your matter you avoid the uncertainty of judicial discretion.

If you are unable to resolve all your issues through mediation, agreeing to a private judge allows you to maintain confidentiality of your case as well as a more expedient resolution of your conflict.

Your issue may be time sensitive, please contact our Law Firm to set-up your Initial Consultation.

I have worked with Mr. Fadem on many occasions and he is as intelligent, professional, and dedicated as they come. His knowledge of family law is outstanding and I refer him to anyone who needs a specialized and highly skilled family law attorney.

Emily

The reason I return time and time again is knowledgeable employees and the respect I am treated with. I also think that the noncondensending matter in which I was treated was a prime factor.
