• Prior to your initial consultation, you will be sent a Client Intake Form that must be completed and returned to our law firm before meeting with an attorney. This form is mandatory and allows the attorney to properly review your information in advance of your consultation. Once your completed form is received, your consultation will be scheduled. You may have a telephone or Zoom consultation, depending on your preference. Your initial consultation is for one (1) hour.
  • Consultation fees will be provided at the time of scheduling and are due prior to all meetings.
  • Additional consultations may be scheduled as needed on a case-by-case basis prior to retaining our law firm for representation.
  • Please be prepared for your meeting 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
