BJ Fadem & Associates, APC is a Certified Family Law Specialist

Our Law Firm Is Dedicated To Defending Your Rights

According to The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, ‘Missing Children Statistics’ for 2018, “NCMEC assisted law enforcement and families with more than 25,000 cases of missing children. Case types:
-92% endangered runaways
-4% family abductions
-3% critically missing young adults, ages 18-20
-Less than 1% nonfamily abductions
-1% percent lost, injured or otherwise missing children
“According to the FBI, in 2018 there were 424,066 NCIC entries for missing children. In 2017, the total number of missing children entries into NCIC was 464,324”.

These statistics are only for the US. Internationally, they are much higher. B J Fadem & Associates, APC is one of the few Law Firms that represents Clients with regard to Child Abduction/Removal of Child in Family Law matters.

Child Abduction as you can see is more common than we care to acknowledge. The parent may do it out of anger, may be violating Court Orders, or may honestly feel they are doing right by the child[ren]. Regardless, the Courts do not view such conduct favorably.

Your Family is what will be our focus on your behalf and all that is in their best interest legally. As a Family Law Firm we will fight for your legal rights with zealous, our extensive experience, expertise, vast and current knowledge of the law, and perseverance.

Your issue may be time sensitive, please contact our Law Firm to set-up your Initial Consultation.

Please read the FAQs’ prior to your Initial Consultation.

We file in all California Counties and Cities. In addition, BJ Fadem represents Clients throughout California, the United States and foreign countries with regard to Hague Matters.

I have worked with Mr. Fadem on many occasions and he is as intelligent, professional, and dedicated as they come. His knowledge of family law is outstanding and I refer him to anyone who needs a specialized and highly skilled family law attorney.

Emily

The reason I return time and time again is knowledgeable employees and the respect I am treated with. I also think that the noncondensending matter in which I was treated was a prime factor.
