Domestic Violence is the physical abuse of a wife, girlfriend, husband, boyfriend, partner, dependent, grandparent, or child. The feeling of dependence, low self-esteem and fear of leaving their partner is a vicious cycle of Domestic Violence. Prosecutors, Law Enforcement and the Courts have many ways to help victims and their families stop this cycle. Our Attorneys can also help you.

Civil Harassment is the act of constant and / or continued unprovoked and annoying actions of someone or a group, including threats and demands. This may include racial prejudice, threatening phone calls, emails, and notes or letters. The act of threatening someone to quit their job, force someone to get sexual favors, gain sadistic pleasure, or make someone feel anxious or fearful. It may also involve revenge by an ex or blackmail.
